Sales Director (Boca Raton, FL)
Our client is a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions to the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets.
They are currently seeking a US-based Sales Director, responsible for driving and developing their business across the US, Canada, LATAM, and South America.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Office attendance may be influenced by business needs and requirements may change accordingly.
Responsibilities :
- Drive and develop business performance across multiple geographical regions, ensuring alignment with strategic planning through all sales channels.
- Manage and lead the US sales organization of the product group, while also fostering additional business growth.
- Manage and expand the product's partner and customer base.
- Expand current relationships by onboarding new value-added resellers, business process outsources, and service centers.
- Develop long-term plans and execute strategies for success across all sales channels.
- Measure success and achievements through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Run campaigns in collaboration with brand partners and establish development plans accordingly.
- Proficiently navigate all business-to-business (B2B) channels to achieve established goals.
- Initiate and drive changes within the organization to bring about positive outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with internal business units across Europe and the US.
- Actively participate as a valuable member of the Executive Management Team.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science, OR commercial training with relevant professional experience in account management.Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience selling software solutions at the executive level, including management experience.Proven track record of effective leadership within management circles, employees, and teams.Successful experience in business planning, development, and risk management.Technical proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and other ERP products; knowledge of CRM and parallel applications.Ability to motivate teams and colleagues while remaining agile.Experience negotiating contracts, specifically within the Americas.Willingness to travel as required.Salary : $,-$, plus $50, additional / potential compensation
