What We're Looking For

A strategic, metrics-driven demand generation leader to own marketing pipeline performance for SeekOut Recruit (SaaS) and SeekOut Spot (AI agent) . You'll drive MQL, SAL, and SQL targets through integrated, multi-channel campaigns and enterprise ABM.

What You'll Do

• Own full-funnel pipeline metrics, forecasting, and reporting
• Lead integrated campaigns across paid, organic, email, events, and ABM
• Manage platforms : Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and intent data tools
• Develop enterprise ABM strategies targeting CHRO, VP TA, CFO personas
• Align closely with SDRs and AEs—enable outreach, provide targeting, review pipeline weekly
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Web, Customer Success, and RevOps
• Build attribution models, A / B testing frameworks, and optimize lead scoring / routing
• Use insights, intent data, and ROI to inform strategy and budget allocation

For sales roles the ranges are expressed as On Target Earning or OTE (OTE = base + incentives in the form of sales incentive plans).

Base compensation $125,000 - $150,000 per year
