A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices including 3-way matching, coding, and data entry into Costpoint
Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and company policies for invoice transactions
Research and resolve vendor inquiries regarding discrepancies and payment terms
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Experience with Deltek Costpoint is preferred
