Assemble, Repair and Disassemble commercial ware washing equipment and chemical dispensing equipment using hand and power tools.
Clean used machines using high-pressure sprayers, sand blasters and chemical dip tanks. Inspect used components and decide if parts are usable.
Perform required quality control checks as instructed.
Complete paperwork associated with production reporting.
Perform general housekeeping tasks to plant and grounds to maintain safe and organized environment.
Follow safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe work environment including wearing personal protective equipment.
Participate in meetings and provide input for safety, production, and process improvements.
Train other employees as needed on tasks as directed by supervisor.
Communicating with other employees as to production needs and problem resolution.
Move parts and materials around the facility using various means including, manual lifting, pushing part carts, material floats, and forklifts if licensed.
Perform inventory counts.
Required Skills / Abilities :
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Previous experience assembling parts.
