FULL TIME DSP FLOATER

$22.50 per hour, Paid weekly, 36 hours guaranteed, 5-day work week (One weekend day required).  Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-11pm

Floaters work in varying locations. Days worked will remain consistent, but you must have the flexibility to adjust assigned locations as needed with little to no notice.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ Years FT experience supporting individuals with I / DD is required.
• Current CPR / FA and Level 1 Med Administration Certs
• Flexibility and Reliability
• Kind, patient, compassionate and respectful
• Excellent communication skills. Floaters are responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with all staff, clients, and guardians.
• Floaters must be able to work in all homes.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Driver's License, car insurance and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass all background checks and classes required.
