Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Mauser Packaging Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our production facilities. You'll ensure that all maintenance activities are executed effectively and align with our commitment to sustainability and innovation. The role requires a proactive approach to the management and development of the maintenance team, upholding high standards of safety and quality in line with our global leadership in providing eco-friendly packaging solutions. Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring efficient management of plant assets. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to improve overall reliability and safety of plant equipment. Lead, train, and mentor maintenance personnel, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and lean practices. Coordinate with production and quality control departments to optimize maintenance interventions without disrupting production schedules. Manage maintenance budgets and forecasting, including the procurement of spares and tools aligned with sustainability initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies. Participate in sustainability endeavors to further enhance environmental performance of maintenance activities. Strong leadership and personnel management skills. In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment. Proficiency in using maintenance management systems. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
