Prepare accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects by reviewing drawings, completing take-offs, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams. Support bid reviews, budgeting, and pre-construction planning.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in commercial roofing estimating
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems
• Ability to read drawings and produce accurate take-offs
