Job description

We’re seeking a dedicated Sales & Water Treatment Service Technician to expand our borders and protect our clients' water systems.

Requirements

At Tower Water, your professional nature and dedication to process are exactly what we need. The responsibilities of this role are a perfect match for your strengths.

  • Perform routine service visits to client sites to :
  • Test water quality and adjust treatment programs accordingly
  • Maintain chemical inventory and place product orders
  • Communicate service results and recommendations to clients on-site
  • Prospect and close new business to expand the territory
  • Maintain accurate service records and submit reports using company software
  • Follow all company protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Travel daily within the assigned territory (Massachusetts & Northern Connecticut)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the water treatment industry (HVAC systems preferred)
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of closing new business
  • Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with online software tools (CRM, reporting, etc.); training provided on Tower Water systems
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a state pesticide license in the states of service

    We offer a competitive starting compensation package that includes a base salary that reflects your experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, for the first 2 years we provide a performance-based annual bonus that rewards your hard work and dedication. After achieving territory metrics, you will earn commission on the accounts being serviced. Our compensation package is designed to recognize and incentivize your contributions to the company's success, ensuring that your efforts are both valued and rewarded.
