Required Qualifications

Education : First-level and / or advanced university degree preferred

8+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in management

Experience in IT operations, service delivery, or infrastructure management

Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and service management frameworks

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment
