This not-for-profit, 100% outpatient clinic in Southern Virginia offers a 4-day work week, ensuring ample time to enjoy life outside of work. With no call responsibilities, your evenings and weekends are entirely yours. You'll step into an instant patient panel in a rural health clinic setting, providing care to a predominantly adult population. The clinic boasts on-site lab facilities and state-of-the-art X-ray equipment with same-day readings, facilitating a seamless patient care experience.

• Compensation Package :
• $297,500 + Productivity Annually
• $257,500 Base Salary
• Up to $20,000 Quality Incentive
• $20,000 Annual Retention Bonuses for the First 5 Year
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus & $20,000 Commencement Bonus
