Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior Procurement Agent to join our Supply Chain Build to Print and Services team in Huntsville, Alabama.

Position Responsibilities - Experienced Level 3 :

• Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
• Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
• Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
• Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
• Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.

Position Responsibilities - Senior Level 4 :

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position is for 1st shift. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An Interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.

Typical Education / Experience : Experienced Level 3 : Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required. Senior Level 4 : Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation : Offered - Basic This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. (Note : Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.)

Travel : Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
