Senior Director of Communications

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise Communications.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute an enterprise reputation management plan across various communication channels

Create and implement innovative employee communications plans and support leadership visibility

Oversee communications monitoring, reporting, and manage crisis communications as needed

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field

10+ years of related experience, with 7 years in staff management

Experience in developing and executing communications campaigns across multiple channels

Strong background in media relations and crisis communications

Proven ability to communicate effectively across a matrix organization
