A company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Software Engineering who excels in team development and product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Drive delivery by organizing teams and ensuring clarity in delivery plans
Coach and develop engineers, focusing on career growth and mentorship
Own engineering roadmaps by translating strategic objectives into actionable technical plans
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing a team of 10+ distributed engineers
Technical experience in building scalable and reliable SaaS applications
Experience leading internationally-distributed engineering teams
Ability to balance delivery with empathy and foster a feedback-rich culture
Strong collaboration skills with Product, SRE, and Design teams
