A company is looking for a Telephonic Medical Case Manager in a workers' compensation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephonic outreach for assessment and follow-up case communication and coordination
Conduct and document initial assessments and maintain regular contact with all parties to facilitate communication
Coordinate contact with healthcare providers, claimants, and employers to facilitate timely return to work
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; higher education in Nursing or related field preferred
Current, unrestricted RN, LPN, or CCM license required
Three or more years of diverse clinical experience in acute care
Two or more years of medical case management or managed care experience preferred
Knowledge of utilization management and quality improvement processes
