A company is looking for an Elder Care Consultant to provide customer service and resources for employees and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Assess employee needs and gather relevant personal information
Conduct research to locate resources that meet client needs and provide quality customer service
Perform quality assurance callbacks and maintain communication with clients and EAPs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Experience working with the senior community is preferred
Organized and motivated self-starter
Ability to maintain high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Background in Social Work, Senior Care, or Community Engagement is a plus
