Security Branch Supervisor

Position Summary :

A Signal Branch Dedicated Supervisor provides functional leadership to Signal’s Community Based Security Officers through the development and implementation of policies and practices essential to the effective management of day-to-day operations. Basic duties include protecting all sites and managing all reporting officers. All duties listed below are minimum requirements, additional site-specific duties may be required.

Soft Skills :

• Visioning : Understanding the big picture and requirements necessary to deliver services that reflect company values, goals and purpose. Can you exhibit core values of Signal, creating peace of mind for our clients and explain those values to the Advanced and Dedicated Officers?
• Strategic Planning : Effective engagement, communication, planning & execution of daily responsibilities while meeting established deadlines. Can you effectively adopt and communicate changes in regulations and company policy as well as train Dedicated officers to complete their assigned tasks?
• Financial Acumen : Understanding company measurements while executing the necessary behaviors to drive performance. Can you identify and communicate potential hiring needs to your Dedicated Operations Coordinator as well as participate in the interview and onboarding process.
• Team Development : Communicate with Clients, team members and management effectively and in a timely manner, receiving and relaying feedback and executing follow up as needed. Can you create an environment of openness, trust and respect while coaching and developing the Advanced and Dedicated Officer’s performance?
• Project Management : Complete understanding and execution of daily tasks and efficiently delivering services that meet the needs of the business. Can you complete your daily assigned tasks with the additional responsibility of reviewing the activity and incident reports of Advanced and Dedicated Officers?
