We are currently hiring for a  Production Supervisor  to support operations at a  client site for a well-established, high-volume e-commerce employer . Production Supervisor – Warehouse Battery Production (North Las Vegas, NV)

Location :  North Las Vegas, NV

Pay Rate :  $28 – $30 per hour + travel reimbursement (if applicable)

Employment Type :  Full-Time

About the Role :

We are seeking a hands-on and motivated  Warehouse Battery Production Supervisor  to oversee daily operations at our North Las Vegas facility. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment, ensuring daily goals are met while upholding high standards in safety, quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Production & Team Oversight :

Supervise and train contingent staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Monitor workflow processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and quality.

Conduct audits and ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards.

Address and resolve issues escalated from the production team or management.

Oversee regular inspections, upkeep, and maintenance of warehouse and production equipment.

Staff Development & Leadership :

Lead onboarding and training sessions for new technicians and production workers.

Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and conduct evaluations.

Promote a positive work environment that aligns with company values and expectations.

Ensure production procedures and standards (SOPs) are consistently followed.

Coordination & Communication :

Collaborate with management to forecast production needs and allocate resources accordingly.

Coordinate material and parts flow to ensure smooth warehouse and production operations.

Work closely with shipping and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and accurate order preparation.

Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to resolve challenges and drive results.

Safety & Compliance :

Enforce all OSHA, EPA, and company-specific safety guidelines.

Lead by example in safety practices and actively support continuous safety improvement initiatives.

Analyze performance data and develop strategies to improve team KPIs and workflow metrics.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

2–5 years of warehouse or battery production experience (automotive industry experience is a plus)

Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations (preferred)

Leadership and supervisory experience with proven team-building skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements & Work Environment :

Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and communicate effectively

Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting in both warehouse and manufacturing environments

Exposure to operational machinery, high voltage, and potential safety hazards such as arc flash or thermal events
