Workplace Technology Specialist

A company is looking for a Workplace Tech Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Build and deploy laptops for new hires and warranty replacements

Provision new user accounts and ensure proper onboarding

Administer and support conference room AV systems and manage digital signage hardware

Required Qualifications

2+ years in IT support or systems administration

Experience with Microsoft 365 (Intune, Entra) and AV systems

Familiarity with Helpdesk Ticketing software and RMM tools

Knowledge of PowerShell script creation

Experience with digital signage preferred
