The Manufacturing Technology Center Manager will lead innovative initiatives drive operational improvements and foster a collaborative environment where your voice is heard and your ideas matter. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be :

  • Lead and manage the Manufacturing Technology Center ensuring alignment with Emersons strategic goals.
  • Drive innovation and implement new technologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.
  • Mentor and develop team members promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee project execution ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to a safer smarter workplace.

For This Role You Will Need :

  • Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering Manufacturing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years in developing and deploying manufacturing equipment with experience in leading teams process development and project management.
  • Demonstrated experience designing discrete manufacturing equipment from concept to implementation managing resources timelines and budgets.
  • Proven leadership experience in interdisciplinary manufacturing technologies or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to guide the adoption and integration of new manufacturing technologies tools and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Ability to travel internationally as required
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
  • Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart :

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional Engineer License
  • Experience with sustainability initiatives in manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.

    Our compensation philosophy is simple : we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $108000 - $143800 annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
