SUMMARY :

GRTC is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead the agency's performance reporting program ("Stat"), enterprise KPI governance, and dashboard / analytics products that inform executives, the Board, and operating leaders. This role manages a small team and vendor partners to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights that advance safety, reliability, customer experience, and fiscal stewardship.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Performance, KPIs, and Insights

• Stand up and run the "Stat" review program (agendas, pre-reads, follow-ups) that drives accountability and closes the loop on actions.
• Publish and maintain an enterprise KPI catalog with definitions, targets, owners, and data lineage.
• Own executive / Board dashboards and the GRTC Performance Report; ensure clarity, accuracy, accessibility, and strong data storytelling.
• Translate leadership questions into metrics, analyses, and visualizations; brief findings to executives and cross-functional teams.
• Lead ad-hoc research and benchmarking; quantify benefits, risks, and tradeoffs to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Align KPI methods to applicable guidance (e.g., FTA TAM), maintain benchmarking participation, and ensure accurate external submissions.
