Loadmode LLC is hiring experienced OTR company team drivers!

Why work with us? Here are some details you will love about us :

We pay from $0.75 to $0.80 cents per mile or from 30%-35% of the weekly gross

6000+ miles per week consistently

2022-2026 new fully equipped and well maintaned trucks

24 / 7 dispatch that will keep you rolling

Mostly drop and hook loads and dedicated lanes

Fuel card provided

3-4 weeks out, 3-4 days home

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience on CDL Class A license

No DUI or SAP

Must pass the road test

Hurry up! only limited positions available!

Owner Operators are also more than welcome!

Your truck could be in any year but in good condition so it easily passes DOT inspection!

Solo drivers - Gross up to $10,000 in a week

Job Summary

• Contract Driver (1099, Team)
• Refrigerated, Power Only and Dry Van
• OTR
• $4,000 - $5,000 gross total weekly avg. pay per team
• 35% of load
• $0.75 - $0.80 CPM
• 5,500 - 7,000 avg. miles per week per team
• Dedicated, Line Haul, LTL
• 10% Driver Load / Unload
