As a Banquet House Person , you will play a crucial role in setting up the banquet areas according to specified diagrams. One will also assist the food servers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the dining room is well-supplied with clean utensils, china,

glassware, water, condiments, ice, etc.

Additionally, Banquet House Persons will be assigned as part of the "wrecking crew" for banquet setups, involving tasks such as preparing rooms, setting up tables, arranging furniture, and providing necessary equipment for events.

Your responsibilities as a Banquet House Person include :

• ? Practicing safety first and adhering to emergency guidelines set by the club, state, and Allegheny County.
• ? Assisting food servers in various tasks and ensuring a smooth flow of service.
• ? Removing dirty dishes, replenishing supplies, and setting up tables with precision.
• ? Providing attentive service to members and guests, which includes taking drink orders, serving beverages, and correctly handling charge tickets.
• ? Assisting in room setup for private functions, both on and off premises, and ensuring equipment is properly transported, set up, and maintained.
• ? Reporting any issues or hazards promptly to supervisors and following established guidelines for Workers Compensation.
