This position is headquartered at the Hill Farms State Office Building in Madison, WI. After an initial training period, this position currently allows the option to work remotely up to 5 days per week.

Position Summary
Responsibilities
This attorney position is responsible for managing a high-volume caseload. This position assists with investigations of complaints against credential holders of the department and regulatory authorities, assists professionals in achieving compliance, negotiates stipulated resolutions of complaints, and commences formal disciplinary action against credential holders of the Department and regulatory authorities when stipulations are not possible.
Qualifications
A minimum requirement is to have a license to practice law in the State of Wisconsin at time of application deadline.

Salary Information
This position is in schedule-range (09-75) with an annual salary of $87,360 -$117,187, plus excellent benefits. A twelve month probationary period is required.
