Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in an elementary school setting in Florence, SC. This contract role spans the 2025-2026 school year, beginning August 4th and concluding at the end of the school year.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 56 elementary-aged students.
  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services within a school environment.
  • Collaborate closely with another SLP on staff to support student communication needs.
  • Conduct assessments, create therapy plans, and monitor student progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives supporting student success.

Qualifications / Experience :

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
  • Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, especially within educational settings.
  • Familiarity with school practices for speech-language services.
  • Completion or active status of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in a school-based environment.
