Operations Management Technician

Responsibilities :
- Manage staffing, qualifying, training, operations, and organizational level maintenance execution of the O&M crews.
- Direct all the day-to-day operations of the O&M technician staff.
- Develop and maintain the contractor Operations Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Responsible for the timely completion of all O&M crew maintenance and operational tasks from a technical standpoint
- In support of the Program Manager, be primarily responsible for O&M crew support to the government in execution of the SURTASS mission.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications :
Associate's Degree, or higher, in Business Administration, Resource Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalentTen years of documented experience in managing technical teams executing operations and maintenance on Navy C4I systems and / or acoustic intelligence gathering systemsTen years' experience managing personnelFive years' documented experience in manpower planning, scheduling, qualification programs, and training programsActive Secret ClearanceU.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining / holding a U.S. security clearancePay Transparency Statement : AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $94,400.00 / Yr. - USD $157,600.00 / Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
