Job Summary

Kaspar Companies is seeking a Territory Sales Manager – Western Region to expand and strengthen dealer and distributor relationships across the western United States. This role blends sales strategy, account management, and relationship-building while representing trusted western lifestyle brands. The right candidate thrives on travel, enjoys meeting people face-to-face, and has a strong background in B2B sales.

This is a high-travel role (up to 90%), ideal for a self-starter who enjoys independence and being on the road while driving growth and market presence.

Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans for existing and prospective customers
• Analyze industry trends to align sales activities with business goals
• Build and maintain strategic relationships across sales channels
• Maintain regular customer contact and convert opportunities to sales
• Coordinate a travel schedule aligned with strategic sales routes
• Manage account growth and expenses within budget
• Complete timely administrative tasks (reports, CRM entries, etc.)
• Support trade shows, events, and company meetings
• Collaborate with manufacturer reps and internal departments
• All other duties as assigned by management
