Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping how we communicate with both existing and prospective clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing materials that highlight our services and success stories, with a strong emphasis on digital content creation.

Responsibilities Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and videos.

Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Collaborate with internal teams to develop client-focused campaigns that promote visa services.

Create and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent messaging.

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to generate and enhance marketing content.

Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion.

Assist with website updates, blog posts, and email marketing initiatives.

Support event planning and promotional efforts for webinars, info sessions, and client outreach.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in a marketing or content creation role.

Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.

Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Experience using AI tools for content generation is a plus.

Familiarity with immigration services or legal marketing is a bonus.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
