Responsibilities

The Senior Strategic Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and driving business goals within Aerospace Strategic and Key Accounts on the top military and commercial platforms via standard work and continuous process improvement to protect and grow Pall market positions. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, driving growth, account management, orders forecasts, strategy execution, and coordination with all aspects of the Sales team as well as the key stakeholders within the business (engineering, operations, finance, legal, compliance, marketing).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-million multi-site sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets as assigned by Aerospace management.
  • Drive business expansion by significantly increasing market share in existing accounts through establishing and nurturing strong relationships with end-users and customer management.
  • Develop and maintain productive long-term relationships with senior management and key decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting deployment of contractual agreements supporting account growth.
  • Leads others to solve complex problems, including using sophisticated analytical thought and data-driven processes to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions for regional sites of global accounts.

Essential Requirements

The essential requirements of the job include :

  • Business Degree or Technical Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years of sales management with significant experience in Aerospace including management of OEM.
  • Broad knowledge of the Aerospace market as well as experience selling high technology bespoke designed products into the Aerospace and / or Defense sector.
  • Possesses experience in the aerospace sector with expertise in fuel, lubrication, hydraulic, and air systems.
  • High level account management, act as the owner of the account business. Manage all contracts and agreements, driving terms and conditions that position for success.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50-70% travel, overnight, within US and possible global locations.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
