Job descriptionAct as a critical link between medical technology and patient care, providing technical support for medical devices Utilize bilingual skills to facilitate communication with international teams and business partners Diagnose and troubleshoot medical device faults and failures, assisting with device applications and repairs Perform assembly, disassembly, and service log reviews, ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulations Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including Service, Quality, and Product Support Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent military experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical device service or manufacturing Proven ability to work independently and lead teams to meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement Experience in product management, particularly with mechanical ventilation or respiratory care products Background in customer support or service, including phone-based troubleshooting Familiarity with Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) service model processes Proficiency with SAP or similar database systems Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
