Responsibilities
Act as a critical link between medical technology and patient care, providing technical support for medical devicesUtilize bilingual skills to facilitate communication with international teams and business partnersDiagnose and troubleshoot medical device faults and failures, assisting with device applications and repairsPerform assembly, disassembly, and service log reviews, ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulationsCollaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including Service, Quality, and Product SupportQualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and JapaneseAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent military experienceMinimum of 4 years of experience in medical device service or manufacturingProven ability to work independently and lead teams to meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvementPreferred Qualifications
