Our client is a boutique plaintiffs' law firm located in The Woodlands, Texas, and we are seeking an Associate Attorney admitted to the State of Texas to support its personal injury and commercial litigation practices.

This role is well-suited for an attorney with strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills who enjoys working closely with a small, collaborative team. The firm handles complex civil litigation matters, including personal injury, insurance-related disputes, and select commercial litigation, representing individuals and a limited number of corporate clients.

Here are some of the details:

• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
• Draft briefs, motions, pleadings, and written responses
• Assist trial attorneys with litigation strategy and case preparation
• Support active cases through all phases of litigation
• Collaborate closely with partners and team members in a boutique firm environment

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of litigation experience
• Active Texas Bar admission (required)
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities
• Experience with personal injury and/or commercial litigation preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong computer and legal research technology skills
