Job Description

We are seeking a Fidessa Support Analyst with solid experience in listed options trading environments . This role involves daily interaction with traders and sales on the options desk , ensuring the reliability of front office systems and rapid issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Role and responsibilities

• Provide L1 / L2 production support for the Fidessa platform used in listed options trading.
• Monitor trade flows, order routing, drop copies, and exchange connectivity.
• Work closely with traders and sales to troubleshoot real-time issues .
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams during incidents, releases, and upgrades.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders during incidents and planned outages.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., CAT reporting).
