Senior Quality Auditor

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

Perform audits of transactions processed by health plan administration associates

Serve as an escalation resource for associates and Quality Auditors regarding transaction errors

Compile and report QA performance results to management and individuals

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of quality auditing experience (preferred)

5 years of applicable health plan claims operations experience

High proficiency in using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Good understanding of contractual SLAs and KPIs

Minimum of High School Diploma, but some college preferred
