A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant (Contract) to support a global finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize and manage complex schedules for the Finance Lead and leadership team
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure logistics for virtual and onsite events
Process expense reports, book travel, and manage compliance with corporate policies
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of executive administration experience supporting senior leaders in a large enterprise
Familiarity with financial processes, cost center management, and procurement tools is preferred
Strong executive calendar management skills (3+ years)
Proficient in expense and travel coordination (2+ years)
Expertise in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) (3+ years)
