Required Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or consumer finance

Proven success in leading products in performance marketing within fintech or consumer lending

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data tools for decision-making

Experience with A / B testing and data-driven product development

Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical workflows
