The Caf Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of a vibrant food service environment. This individual is responsible for supervising caf associates, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys team building, and is passionate about creating an inclusive and welcoming dining experience. In this role, you'll manage staffing, inventory, budgeting, and special events / promotions while supporting financial goals and operational excellence. You'll also collaborate with clients and guests to foster strong relationships and continuously seek ways to improve the caf's performance and community impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates.
• Plans, markets and executes special events / promotions in the cafe
• Ensures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards
• Operates within the budget and identifies new ways to improve the business
• Manages cafe operations
• Performs other duties as assigned
