Salary and Benefits

Base salary starts at $269,166 and is negotiable based on experience

Annual bonus structure based on productivity, quality, patient satisfaction, and pharmacy capture

25 Days of PTO + 10 Paid Holidays + 1 Birthday Holiday

5 CME Days + $3,000 annual allowance

Responsibilities

Full-time position; outpatient women s health plus deliveries

Hours are typically 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM unless otherwise discussed

Rotating call schedule currently at 1 : 5

Deliver care across Clearwater, High Point, and South St. Pete locations

Provide prenatal care, GYN exams, and postpartum follow-up

Manage deliveries including vaginal and C-sections (VBACs supported when clinically appropriate)

High-risk pregnancies referred out

No in-house ultrasound (patients are referred out)

Utilize DAX Co-Pilot for documentation

EMR system : EPIC

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (or willing to obtain)

Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)

New graduates and experienced OB / GYNs encouraged to apply
