Auto Internet Sales Rep - Social Media Specialist

City Auto in Memphis, TN is seeking a full-time Auto Internet Sales Rep - Social Media Specialist to join our fast-paced, customer-focused dealership team. This position offers a competitive pay range of $50,000 to $100,000+ annually, based on performance, with a flat rate per vehicle sold, performance bonuses, and an annual Christmas bonus.

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR AUTO INTERNET SALES REP - SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

THE SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time position in a dynamic dealership environment. The schedule includes working Saturdays with complimentary breakfast and lunch provided. We are closed on Sundays, allowing employees dedicated time to rest and spend with family.

YOUR ROLE:

As an Auto Internet Sales Rep - Social Media Specialist, you will engage with customers across multiple digital platforms throughout the day. You will respond promptly and professionally to internet leads and online inquiries, connecting with buyers through email, text, phone, chat, and social media. Your responsibilities will include building rapport with customers, scheduling appointments, and guiding them through the car-buying process. You will manage and grow the dealership's presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube while creating engaging content including photos, videos, posts, and reels to drive traffic and leads. Additionally, you will track and report on the performance of internet sales and social media campaigns, collaborating with the sales team and management to meet monthly goals. Every day will provide opportunities to combine creativity, communication, and customer service to generate results and support the growth of the dealership.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with CRM tools, lead management, and social media platforms
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn

Experience in automotive internet sales, BDC, digital marketing, or social media sales is preferred but not required.
