What You’ll Do

Grow a results-driven team

  • Recruit and develop new agents using Optavise’s structured training system.
  • Lead Meet & Greets, entor agents through pre-field training, and the Into Production Plan (IPP).
  • Mentor agents through Leadership Training within 6 weeks of roster date.
  • Track team progress and performance within our advanced technology platform.

Expand business opportunities

  • Lead weekly New Group Development sessions and Employer Presentations.
  • Manage your team’s pipeline and drive new group premium growth.
  • Personally open at least one new group per quarter.

    • Develop future leaders

  • Host weekly team meetings to motivate, align, and inspire your team.
  • Maintain at least 3–5 unique producers, ensuring consistent enrollment activity.
  • Coach agents to reach milestones and achieve leadership advancement.

    • Performance Expectations

  • Source, onboard and develop one new production agent per quarter.
  • Maintain healthy conversion rates.
  • Achieve customized personal and team production goals as assigned annually.
