Job descriptionManage accounting for multiple businesses, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Maintain financial records in QuickBooks for cash basis accounting. Handle accounts payable and receivable and bank reconciliations. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow projections. Assist external accounting firm with tax preparation and compliance. Identify opportunities for financial optimization and cost-saving. Collaborate with teams across various businesses to support their financial needs. Adapt to evolving business requirements and contribute to process improvements. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in small business accounting, preferably managing multiple entities. Proficiency in QuickBooks and cash basis accounting. Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A growth mindset with a passion for learning and innovation. Creative problem-solving skills and an open mind. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
