About the Shift Manager position :

As a ShiftManager at Panera, you are key to the success of your bakery-cafe. You handle a wide range of responsibilities, all to ensure that both customers and associates have a great experience. OurManagers ensure that every shift is a great onebydeveloping our people,managing teamperformance, andbuildingthe warm, inclusive, authentic Panera team culture.As part of your bakery-cafes management team, you report directly to the General Manager and / or District manager.

You meet these requirements :

Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment

1+ Years of restaurant / hospitality experience preferred

Food Safety Manager ServSafe certification (or able to pass)

At least 18 years of age

Must have a valid driver's license
