A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I in the Customer Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services
Process inbound calls, de-escalate situations, and follow through on customer requests to resolution
Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to established service metrics
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, preferably in banking
Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using personal computers and familiarity with Android and Apple products
