Primary Duties :

• Assist physicians during complex invasive procedures, preparing necessary equipment and ensuring a sterile environment.
• Input patient data into our computer systems and monitor vital signs during procedures to ensure optimal patient care.
• Support patients physically and psychologically before, during, and after procedures, providing comfort and reassurance.
• Handle cardiac assist devices and perform necessary procedures like drawing arterial blood gases and activated coagulation time tests.
• Document procedures and patient interactions accurately for billing and statistical reporting.
• Provide thorough instruction to patients and their families on post-procedure care and appropriate precautions.
• Participate in training for new staff and assist with inventory management of medical supplies.
• Respond to potential complications post-procedure, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution.

Qualifications :

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD $38.79 - USD $66.86 per hour.
