Job descriptionDeal Maker Extraordinaire : Negotiate, process, and source loans for acquisitions, refinancing, and recapitalization. Financial Wiz : Prepare comprehensive financial packages, evaluate creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, rent rolls, DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio), and LTV (Loan-to-Value). Loan Negotiator : Work with lenders to hammer out favorable loan terms that make everyone say, "Wow!" Location : Chino, CA Salary Range : $80,000 - $86,000 / year Schedule : Monday - Friday (Work-life balance vibes!) Direct Hire Opportunity Bilingual Mandarin : Your Mandarin skills will be a major asset in this role. Education : Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (finance, real estate, accounting, etc.). Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Yardi tools is non-negotiable! Experience : Minimum 5 years working in commercial real estate loans or a similar field.
