Site Supervisor / SSHO – Federal Construction Projects

Paradigm Mechanical Corporation is growing! As a Site Supervisor and Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO), you’ll wear a dual hat : driving both performance and safety excellence on our projects. You’ll be part of a team that values initiative, learning, and collaboration—where your contributions matter and your future is wide open.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with safety : conduct daily site inspections, prepare safety reports, and ensure all subcontractors are trained and compliant.
• Own the details : review accident prevention plans, AHAs, crane / rigging plans, and oversee specialized activities like abatement and lockout / tagout.
• Keep the job on track : coordinate with the Project Manager and QC Manager to maintain schedules, inspections, and daily reporting.
• Support your team : deliver first-day safety orientations, manage on-site reference materials, and keep everyone aligned.
• Problem-solve in real time : investigate incidents, prepare reports, and ensure continuous improvement.
