Schedule :

Full-time, 80 hours per pay period | Shifts : 6 : 00 a.m.–2 : 30 p.m. or 2 : 00 p.m.–10 : 30 p.m. | Every other weekend

What You’ll Do

Assist residents with ADLs while maintaining dignity and comfort

Provide compassionate, hands-on care and accurate documentation

Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet resident needs

What You Bring

Current CNA certification in New York State

Reliable, caring, and team-oriented mindset

Long-term care experience preferred but not required
