Location : Irvine, CA

2nd shift :   3pm - 11 : 30pm

Payrate : $19.25 per hour (Overtime Available)

Temp-to-hire – pay increase once hired on

Summary

This position is responsible for the production of high quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell.  Working under close supervision, may perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies.

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented  Medical Assembler  to join our medical device manufacturing team in Irvine. This is a  non-exempt, light industrial  role where you will play a key part in producing high-quality medical devices, including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), and related assemblies. Key Responsibilities :

• Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations under close supervision.
• Follow standardized procedures to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and traceability of parts.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and lean manufacturing principles.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.
