• Lead & Mentor : Guide mid- and junior-level systems engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth across diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
• Architect for Impact : Design and evolve solution architectures aligned with complex operational requirements and emerging technologies, including cloud and data services.
• Mission Requirements to Reality : Translate high-level mission needs into actionable technical and operational system requirements with traceability and clarity.
• Systems Integration : Oversee integration efforts across multiple domains, platforms, and acquisition programs, ensuring interoperability and performance.
• Strategic Analysis : Drive informed decision-making through in-depth Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Course of Action (CoA) development, trade studies, and risk assessments.
• Enterprise Collaboration : Operate at the enterprise level to harmonize services, systems, and processes across inter-agency and cross-domain initiatives.
• Optimization & Governance : Contribute to strategic technical planning, project governance, performance tuning, and interface design across a range of mission-critical applications.

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
