What you will be doing as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with us

Job duties include but are not limited to :

Providing Activities of Daily Living per a resident’s individualized care plan

What you need to be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with us

High school graduate or equivalency (GED)

Physical ability to do heavy lifting

A current PA Nurse Aide certificate in good standing

Successful completion of all levels of pre-employment screening, including tuberculosis testing

• Sign-On Bonus criteria includes, but is not limited to : Bonus program only offered for candidates applying for full-time and hired on or after February 12th, 2024. Bonus to be disbursed in four payments over the course of a 1-year period (after 45 calendar days, 6 months, 9 months, and 1 year mark from first date of employment). Installment amounts detailed in guidelines. Employee’s continued eligibility dependent on attendance and punctuality, as defined in guidelines. Those offered a position within the last month prior to the launch of the sign-on bonus program are not eligible. Casual, temp, self-schedule, or part-time nurses or nurse aides are not eligible.
