Job descriptionProduce a high volume of billing reports and distribute to Project Managers Produce a high volume of invoices from instructions received by Project Managers Review and produce special client invoicing and forms as needed Send client invoices per client preferences including : online billing, pay applications, waivers, email Produce change order requests Bill sub consultant invoices Daily communication with clients, project team and sub consultants Client collections and communication Reconcile client invoices to clients records Research client issues and prepare information to aid Project Managers with resolution Revise and reproduce invoices as needed at Project Manager direction Review Purchase Orders and Change Orders before signature Associates Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or higher Licensed Notary preferred 3+ years of related accounting / billing experience, preferably in (AEC) industry Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook) Accounting Software experience (Ajera preferred) Highly organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary Assertive individual with effective communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent Communication and presentation skills Competitive salaries, end-of-year bonuses, and 401k Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance including life and long-term disability Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for health care, parking and transit, and dependent care expenses Starting paid time off at 24 days 16 PTO and 8 paid Holidays 3 days paid bereavement; 10 days paid jury duty In-office coffee and snacks Education reimbursement and professional license program, Paid annual dues for professional and societal organizations
