Job description

Division Manager

Associa is currently looking for a Division Manager to join our team. The Division Manager is responsible for administrative operations and supervision of a branch to include training, supervising and evaluating staff and office operations. The Division Manager participates in departmental committees and manages different structures, and, thus, the specific duties and responsibilities will vary.

Compensation :

$95,000 to $115,000 depending on experience

How will you make an impact?

The Division Manager helps the company grow by :

  • Providing oversight in general operations of the branch.
  • Monitoring performance of staff and office operations.
  • Establishing positive relationships with stakeholders and other vendors at branch level.
  • Assisting with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Master of Business Administration Degree Preferred
  • 7 - 10 years of directly related or closely related experience
  • 5 - 7 years of Management and / or Supervisory experience
  • 5 7 years of Community Association experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
  • Experience in Community Management, customer service, hospitality or other related industry
  • Proficiency in typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.).
  • Proficient in Customer Service and conflict resolution
  • Able to work effectively with others in person and in group setting
  • Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
